Some wedding days just have a way of reminding us why we love what we do. Jenna and Chris's wedding at Bellport Country Club in Bellport, New York, was one of those days.


From the excitement of getting ready to the celebration that followed, their wedding was filled with genuine emotion, great energy, and the kind of moments that deserve to be remembered exactly as they happened.


A Day That Felt Like Them


One of our favorite things about photographing weddings is seeing how every couple makes the day their own.


For Jenna and Chris, it was all about enjoying the experience without getting too caught up in the production of it all. They wanted beautiful portraits, of course, but they also wanted to spend their wedding day actually living it.


And that's exactly the kind of approach we love.


Our goal was to capture the big moments while leaving plenty of room for the little ones. The laughter between friends, the excitement of family, the quick glances, and everything that happens when nobody's thinking about the camera.

Portraits at Bellport Country Club



After their ceremony, we headed to Bellport Country Club for portraits with Jenna, Chris, their families, and their wedding party. With a large family grouping, and wedding party, we kept things moving. A little direction, a few intentional portraits, and plenty of opportunities for natural moments to happen.


We believe wedding photography should never feel like an hours-long photoshoot. It's about finding that balance between creating beautiful, editorial-inspired images and allowing our couples to enjoy the people they came to celebrate with. Jenna and Chris's day was a perfect example of that balance.


The Moments In Between


As much as we love a great portrait, some of our favorite photographs from any wedding are the ones nobody planned. The spontaneous laughs. The hugs that last a little longer. The energy of a room filled with people who genuinely love the couple they're celebrating.
